The Early Childhood Ministry at LifeSpring believes that each child is a gift from God, so it is very important to us that we provide the best care and love possible.
We provide an Infant room, a toddler room for 2 and 3 year olds and a preschool room for ages 4 and 5. Each room is designed to meet the need of each of the children’s unique physical, spiritual, and emotional stages of development.
Our teachers and youth workers all participate in training to learn how to best provide care for our children. All teachers have completed a background check before working with the children.
A little about each room:
Infant Room
Designed for infants up to two, but some children are ready to move around 21 months.
Our trained staff provides love and care for all infants.
The teachers in the infant room know that babies often struggle with separation anxiety when away from Mom and Dad, and they know how to help the infants and when to call for the parents.
The babies are prayed for, played with, changed, and fed when needed.
2’s and 3’s Room
Designed for toddlers who are two and three years old.
Love and care provided by trained staff.
Children are encouraged to begin to develop relationships with peers through play.
Christian education begins with stories, crafts, games, and songs that relate to the lesson.
Children are prayed for and they are prayed with.
4's and 5's Rooms
(Children are in a different room for each service)
- Designed for preschoolers who are four and five years old.
- Love and care provided by trained staff.
- A preschool-like feel to the classrooms, age appropriate play stations, teaching, crafts and games.
- Preschoolers begin to learn how to recognize God in their world and to apply bible truths in their young lives.
Volunteers
One of the big reasons our rooms are such terrific places for little ones is because we have excellent volunteers.
If your child shares in the use of our facilities on a regular basis, we urge you to also share in the responsibility of the care.
