Get Connected!

"Women Reaching Women” is the heart of LifeSpring Women.
We are dedicated to reach and disciple women, support and encourage them, as they grow and live out their Christian faith. It’s a fun and safe place where women come together to grow closer to God and to care for each other.
Opportunities are provided for women to get into the word of God, to apply it to their lives and encouragement to share it with others.
We focus on:
- Connecting Women
- Bible Studies
- Outreach and Missions
- Evangelism and Discipleship
- Fellowship and Special Events
- Partnering with the Covenant Denomination
Calendar of Events
A “Calendar of Events” for women is available at the Welcome Center or click on page 1 or page 2 for downloads. It provides 2 months "at-a-glance" of information about what’s going on for women. You can join any event at anytime. This invitation is for YOU and hope you are inspired to “GET CONNECTED!”
Bible Studies

Bible Studies
We currently are doing the Beth Moore study of Esther. Bible studies are being offered on different days and times so contact Linda Kalmes @ 493-0381 to find out which one works best for you.
Scrapbooking and Bible Study
Join the girlfriend’s scrapbook bible study where we do a 30 minute discussion based on craft theme and related scriptures. We try and meet every 4TH Friday of the month in the evening. Call Eileen Maelzer @ 663-1418 for more information.
Outreach and Missions
Sew Together
We make baby blankets, sundresses, short sets and other items for people in need in our own community, nation and across the world. Are there strings attached? No way! You don’t even have to know how to sew. We need people who can cut, pin, fold, etc. You’ll fit right in and be blessed by great fellowship and stories of the threads God has used. We meet on the 2nd Thursday of each month at 9:30 a.m. at the church. Contact Jane Stumpf @ 663-2648 to learn about how you can get invovled.
Shower of Blessings
In celebration of “Sanctity of Life Sunday” every January, we host a “Baby Shower” for Birthright of Loveland which is a non-profit, volunteer organization providing love and support to women experiencing unplanned pregnancies. Do you love life? Call Jennifer Hanna @ 613-9891 for more information.
Evangelism and Discipleship

Woman to Woman Mentoring
Definition of Spiritual Mentoring: Spiritually mature women having a more complete puzzle of life assembled, guiding others in placement of their missing pieces. Titus 2:3-5 tells us that women should be teaching other women about all areas of their lives. One of the best places this can happen is in a local church. Call Nancy Lubinski for more information @ 667-4513.
Grandmother’s Connection
Are you the perfect Grandma? Learn the rules of the game at “Grandmothers Connection”. We get together each quarter over coffee to share, listen and pray for each other and our grandchildren. We encourage you to be that very essential Christian influence in your grandkids life and provide you with the resources you need. For more information contact Eileen Maelzer @ 663-1418.
Fellowship and Special Events

Special Events
Every year we host special events for women. Our next event will be a Valentine's Day Brunch "Love Letters and Sweet Treats". It is scheduled for Saturday, February 13th from 9 - 11:00 a.m. at LifeSpring Church in the Connecting Center. It's FREE, but we need to know you are coming so be sure to sign up. We are encouraging women to invite their daughters (middle school age or older), mothers, sister, neighbors or friend. We will be supporting Birthright of Loveland and suggest each person bring one item listed on the Newborn Layette handout provided when you sign up. Call Patricia Brennan for more information @ 669-0777.

Widow’s Luncheon
Lean on us as you travel this road. Together we converse and enjoy a wonderful meal provided by the church and held at church on the 2ND Wednesday of each month from noon-2:00 p.m. in the Fireside Room. We have just the spot for you! Call Sandi Buness @ 663-1418.
Partners

Partnering with the Covenant Denomination
Once every 3 years "Triennial" happens which is an international conference for women hosted by our Denomination. We encourage LifeSpring women to attend.
In addition, we adopt and support Covenant Denomination projects by taking action, raising funds and local awareness about the issue. Current project is "Break The Chains" combating the national and international issue of “Human Trafficking”.
Finally, we partner with local Covenant churches to participate in the annual women’s retreat held in Estes Park. For more information on any of the above contact Nancy Lubinski @ 667-4513 or Eileen Maelzer @ 663-1418.
